CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE

It is eaten like pudding. It is just called Mayo for some reason or another. It is almost like a mousse.



INGREDIENTS

Chocolate Mayonnaise
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup unsalted butter (room temp)
3/4 bg of chocolate chips



METHOD

Whip together eggs, butter, and sugar.
Melt chocolate chips slowly.
Pour warm chocolate over whipped mixture. Mix until fluffy. About 3 minutes.
Pour in to container that is freezer proof.Freeze for 1 hr. Serve
